Here we go!

Lesa's water broke at 4:30AM on October 5th. We hung out and had coffee. She took a shower and dried her hair. I was beside myself with anticipation. At 7:30, we called a car and got to the hospital around ten of 8. As soon as we walked into the lobby of NYU Medical Center, another round of water came gushing down poor Lesa's legs and onto the floor. We got her a wheelchair and zoomed her up to the 13th floor where they had a room and our amazing nurse, Kristine, waiting for us. There we would hang out for 12 hours until things got exciting.
